I worked with Royal Caribbean product team to support their digital-first approach in transforming both their business operations and customer cruising experience. Our goal was to apply design-thinking and UX principles to re-invent the way people travel the seas while driving profitable growth for the business.
By re-imagining the entire customer journey and redesigning the shore-to-ship digital experience, we created modern, scalable, and interactive apps and features. These innovations enabled new in-app revenue opportunities and provided an unparalleled experience for travelers. The result was a seamless and engaging digital experience that enhanced every aspect of the cruise, from booking to onboard activities.
